Mental Health Campaign Comes To Market Harborough Railway Station

Volunteers from the Samaritans are at Market Harborough railway station today as part of the ‘Brew Monday’ campaign.

The event in partnership with East Midlands Railway aims to turn so-called ‘Blue Monday’ into a day of conversation and connection, with volunteers offering a friendly chat and information about mental health support.

Passengers are being encouraged to pause, talk, and share a cuppa.

The campaign is part of a wider partnership across the East Midlands Railway network, with activity also taking place on trains and at a number stations .

Organisers say simple conversations can make a big difference, helping to remind people that support is available and that no one has to struggle alone.
