Meeting About Rural Crime Tonight

Around 60 farmers, landowners and rural business owners from across the Harborough District are gathering rural crimethis evening to discuss the impact of crime.

It is the first time such an event has been organised by Harborough Council, which will also be attended by the Police and representatives of the National Farmers Union.

Livestock attacks, trespassing, fly-tipping and the theft of vehicles and machinery, will all be on the agenda at the Kilworth Springs Golf Club.

People were asked to book a place to attend, and all places are now taken.
