A Market Harborough man has been jailed for three years for burgling a house and driving the wrong way down a motorway in a bid to evade Police.
Sullivan Lee made off from officers in West Yorkshire because he knew he was wanted for the break-in, during which jewellery worth £3,000 was taken.

Bradford Crown Court heard Police were alerted to the Audi A6 he was driving because it had no insurance and gave chase, but called off the pursuit after it became too dangerous, with Lee reaching speeds of 100mph and travelling the wrong way down the M606.
A Police helicopter crew kept track of his movements and the 20-year-old was arrested a short time later.
Lee, 20, of Leicester Road, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving on July 6th and burgling a house in Cambridgeshire on May 23rd.
He was banned from driving for three and a half years and must pass an extended retest to drive legally.
