Man Released Under Investigation After Security Alert At School

A man’s been released by Police under investigation after a security alert at a village school yesterday morning.
He was arrested close to South Kilworth C of E Primary School just after 9am.
Members of the public had disarmed a man who was carrying a knife.
The school was put on lockdown for a time as a result.
The 20-year-old man arrested was questioned on suspicion of possessing a bladed article in a public place.
