Man Released On Bail After Fatal Crash On A6

A man arrested after a fatal crash on the A6 near Kibworth yesterday morning has been released on bail.
The 27-year-old was held by police on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, after a man who was a passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
Four other people were injured after the grey Mazda 3 Tamura left Harborough Road and came to rest in a ditch, near to Kibworth Tip.
Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage following the single-vehicle collision just after 5.45am.
