Man Appears In Court After Rothwell Bar Assault

A man has appeared in court accused of seriously injuring another man at a bar in Rothwell.
The 38-year-old victim was taken to hospital after sustaining a serious neck injury at Tilly-Mae’s in Bell Hill late on Friday night.
Jordan Bell-Henshaw, 31, of Cambridge Street in Rothwell has appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court charged with Section 18 – Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent and Possession of a Class A drug.
No pleas were entered and he was released on conditional bail ahead of an appearance at Northampton Crown Court next month.
