Lorries Hit Railway Bridges
Written by HFM News on 4th January 2019
Lorries have hit two railway bridges within the space of an hour.
The first happened on Kettering Road in Little Bowden, just after 10am, with firefighters called to the scene due to a large piece of brickwork hanging down.
A lorry then struck the bridge on the B6047 Melton Road towards the Langtons.
Network Rail officials have been at both sites to ensure the structures are safe – there was no effect on train services.
