Market Harborough’s traditional festive late-night shopping event returns tonight.
The Christmas Fayre will see a host of stalls in the town centre – which will be closed to traffic – plus loads of fun and entertainment for the whole family, including Hfm playing some great festive music, a Winter Wonderland on The Square, with Santa on his sleigh and a snow machine.
They’ll be characters from Disney film Frozen on Manor Walk, stilt walkers, stalls wscattered around the town. and live music, including a school choir performing in the Indoor Market and a performance stage by the Angel Hotel on High Street, with acts including Harborough Youth Theatre and award-winning vocalist Anne-Marie Marlow.
A Wishing Tree will be on Adam and Eve Street for people to place messages on and a fairground behind the Old Grammar School. Classic Cars on Adam and Eve Street.
The event, on from 6pm til 9pm, will be traffic-free as roads in the town centre at shut.
