Issue With Traffic Lights To Be ‘Resolved Shortly’

Highway bosses say an issue with the timing of traffic lights on Kettering Road in Little Bowden should be fixed soon.

The signals are only allowing vehicles through for a few seconds on the Cherry Tree pub side of the railway bridge, resulting in tailbacks.

There have also been reports of some drivers ignoring the red lights.

Area Traffic Control in Leicester, which is responsible for traffic signals, say the fault has been logged with an engineer and will be ‘resolved shortly.’
