Investigation After Woman Dies

Police have launched an investigation after a Market Harborough woman died yesterday.

She sadly passed away in hospital after emergency services were called to a bungalow on Douglass Drive.

Police say they are currently treating her death as ‘unexplained’ and the property remains cordoned off while investigations continue.

Officers were called just after midday yesterday, after the ambulance and fire services had responded to a medical emergency at the address, along with the Air Ambulance.

Officers remain positioned at the front and back of the property while enquiries continue.
