Harborough Town Look For 11th Win In 11 League Games

It’s onwards and upwards for Harborough Town in tomorrow’s home game against Newport Pagnell Town.

The Bees extended their amazing winning run to 11 games in the UCL Premier South at Lutterworth in midweek.

Newport Pagnell are the team immediately below them in the table and boss Mitch Austin believes his side will have to be at their best to beat them.

It is a tough game too for Desborough Town tomorrow, who are also at home, taking on fifth-placed Coventry United.

Leicester City are back from their two-week mid-season break for an FA Cup fourth round tie at Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Brendan Rodgers’ side face a Forest team who are just two points outside the play-off places in the Championship and had been in good form before last weekend’s defeat by Cardiff.

The Foxes hope to have Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfried Ndidi back for the first FA Cup meeting between the teams since 2012, when Leicester won a replay four nil after a goalless draw in Nottingham.

Leicester Women return to league action on Sunday following last weekend’s excellent FA Cup win at Tottenham.

They face Birmingham City, with new signing Esther Morgan likely to be in the squad.

Lydia Bedford’s side need a positive result to keep themselves above their opponents, who are bottom of the table.
