Photo Exhibition Champions ‘Repair Is Essential’ Message

A photo exhibition in Market Harborough is highlighting the importance of fixing electrical items instead of throwing them away.
It is also championing the work of volunteers who run Market Harborough Fixers and hold regular repair sessions for the community.
The exhibition, entitled ‘Repair is essential’ is being staged at The Studio of the Eco-Village on St Mary’s Road.
The images, by photographer Mark Phillips, include some he took in Africa, where many electronic items from the UK end up in land-fill sites.
