Harborough To House Another Refugee Family
Written by HFM News on 18th October 2018
Another Syrian Refugee Family is to be housed in the Harborough District.
The Council’s agreed the move after the successful re-settlement of a family from the war-torn country in Market Harborough last year.
All areas of the country have to take-in refugees as part of a government-funded scheme.
Bosses have also agreed to back an application to the Home Office by a group of volunteers, who also want to house a Syrian Family in the District.
