Harborough Pub Not Affected By Closure Announcement

Greene King has confirmed a Market Harborough pub is not affected by yesterday’s announcement that some venues are to close because of the impact of the pandemic.

The company says it only affects venues operated directly by it, not tenanted pubs, like the Red Cow on the High Street.

79 sites across the country are to shut – a third permanently – resulting in around 800 job losses.

Greene King directly operates 26 pubs in Leicestershire & Northamptonshire.
