Harborough Fire Crews Help Tackle Large Blaze

Firefighters from across Harborough are helping to tackle a major blaze in South Wigston.

Ten crews are at the scene of the fire on Saffron Road, which involves an industrial and commercial building.
Thick plumes of black smoke rising from the area can be seen from miles away, including in Kibworth.
Roads near-by have been closed and Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service have told people living in the area to keep windows and doors shut.
Fire crews from Market Harborough, Lutterworth and Billesdon are among those at the scene.
