Up to 1,600 jobs are set to be created at Magna Park after four global businesses confirmed they are moving onto the business park near Lutterworth.
Retail giant Amazon will now take on two units after announcing it would take on one last month, and healthcare company Movianto, logistics specialist Whistl and Chinese e-commerce company JD dot com will also take on space.

The announcement has been welcomed by the Leader of the district council, Cllr Phil King, who said it signalled “significant investment into the district.”
He said: “This shows that the Harborough district continues to be a pull for major businesses with exceptionally strong credentials.
“This represents significant investment into the district which will create a diverse range of jobs for local workers and benefit wider communities. The district’s central location in the country makes it attractive, with excellent links for businesses, and our Invest in Harborough agenda continues to champion the district’s investment potential.”
Gwyn Stubbings, Planning Director at GLP, the company that owns Magna Park, said: “We are delighted to confirm that we have successfully leased units at Magna Park South.
“This is a very significant milestone for the next phase of Magna Park and demonstrates the continued commercial and market attractiveness of Magna Park to internationally-renowned businesses.
“We look forward to delivering further economic investment and job creation at Magna Park and within the broader Harborough District in the coming months.”
