Flag Raised To Honour Emergency Services

The work of the emergency services is being honoured in Market Harborough today.

A special flag has been raised on top of the Symington Building to mark Emergency Services Day – also known as 999 day – which is held annually to thank the blue light services.

The day promotes the work of the emergency services, including using the emergency services responsibly, educating the public about basic lifesaving skills, and promoting the many career and volunteering opportunities available.
