Final Day Of Campaigning Ahead Of Local Elections

It is the final day of campaigning ahead of local elections across Harborough tomorrow.
125 candidates will contest seats in 19 wards for a place on Harborough District Council, with 34 councillor positions up for grabs.
Parish Council elections are also taking place.
Polling stations will be open between 7am and 10pm and for the first time, people will need to show photo ID before casting their vote.
Staff at Harborough District Council are finalising arrangements for polling day and the count, which will take place on Friday at Harborough Leisure Centre.
