Fears For Future Of ‘The Village’ In Market Harborough

There are fears for the future of The Village in Market Harborough after the venue lost a key source of income.
A leaking roof has forced the closure of its adjoining ‘studio’ for the foreseeable future.
The space was rented out by community groups and used to host events, bringing in vital revenue.
The studio at The Village is currently out of use
The Village on St Mary’s Road is home to several business championing sustainability, a community cafe, community fridge and the Market Harborough Fixers.
Is is run as a not-for-profit community interest company and an urgent appeal for support has now been launched.
