Events Across Harborough To Celebrate Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

Events are taking place across the Hfm Region to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Street parties are being held over the weekend, and there are a number of organised events, including:
- The Harborough Platinum Jubilee Weekend at Market Harborough Showground on Saturday and Sunday, with live music, loads of stalls and fireworks displays.
- Fundraising celebrations at The Railway Arms in Kibworth across the weekend – including a BBQ, children’s activities and live music, with proceeds going to Leicestershire’s GEMS charity.
- Picnic In The Park at Dunkirk Avenue Recreation Ground in Desborough from 11am til 4pm on Saturday – with live music and fun for the whole family.
- Jubilee Family Festival on Haynes Field in East Farndon from 1pm til 10pm on Saturday, including children’s activities and live music.
- Picnic on The Green in Lubenham from 2 til 9pm on Saturday, including live music.
- Brass Band Concert, cream teas and a BBQ on The Green in Stoke Albany on Sunday from 3pm.
