Emergency Services Descend On Desborough Estate After ‘Medical Emergency’

Emergency services descended on a housing estate in Desborough after reports of a medical emergency inside a house.
Police were called to Burdock Way on the Grange estate just after 3.30pm yesterday and the fire service, East Midlands Ambulance Service and an air ambulance crew also attended the scene.
A man was later taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police told HFM: “Police officers were called to Burdock Way, Desborough, yesterday (October 18) at about 3.40pm following reports of a welfare concern inside a house.
“This was an isolated incident and at no time was any member of the public in danger.”
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue said: “We were called to assist East Midlands Ambulance Service at a medical incident on Burdock Way, Desborough, yesterday (October 18th)
“A crew were called at 16:40 and left the scene at 17:10.”
