Elderly Man Dies In Hospital Following Crash

An elderly man from Market Harborough has died following a car crash in Northampton town centre earlier this month.

The 81-year-old suffered serious injuries in the collision on April 1st and sadly died at University Hospital Coventry on April 12th.

The man was a passenger in a Hyundai Ioniq car that was involved in collision with a a silver Mercedes C-Class, outside the Plough Hotel on Bridge Street at 6.30pm.

Northamptonshire Police have renewed an appeal for witnesses and dash-cam footage, as an investigation into the crash continues.
