Elderly Driver Thanks Police After Being Lost For Eight Hours

An elderly driver who was lost for eight hours has sent a thank you card to the Harborough police officers who found her.

The lady had become disorientated after leaving Manchester for Bristol earlier this month and concerns were raised when she did not arrive at her destination.

With the help of ANPR cameras, Police were alerted her car was in the Harborough area and came across it in the village of Walcote.
