Boyes has taken on a number of former Wilko sites nationwide, including in Kettering, following the collapse of the high street chain in 2023.
Founded in Scarborough in 1881, Boyes is known for its traditional department store-style layout, offering a wide range of goods from homeware and clothing to DIY, cleaning products, crafts and seasonal items.
The retailer stocks around 30,000 different products.
