Demolition Underway Ahead Of New Apartments

Demolition work is underway ahead of new apartments being built in Market Harborough town centre.
A former vehicle repair centre at the corner of Abbey Street and Fairfield Road is being flattened to make way for the development.
Demolition work has begun
A new two-and-a-half storey building will be built on the site, which will house ten apartments.
Planning permission was granted by Harborough District Council in 2021 despite concerns no off-street parking was included in the scheme.
