Date Set For Magna Park Inquiry
Written by HFM News on 11th March 2019
A Public Inquiry to decide whether Magna Park near Lutterworth can double in size will take place later this month.
The business park’s owner, IDI Gazeley, appealed Harborough Council’s decision to refuse permission – meaning a government inspector will now have the final say.

Campaigners held a demonstration against the expansion
The company says the expansion will create just under 6,000 jobs, but campaigners say it will wreck surrounding countryside and choke rural roads with traffic.
The inquiry is scheduled for up to eight days from Tuesday, March 26th at 10am, and will take place in the Council Chamber at The Symington Building in Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough.
