Customers Complain Supermarket Is ‘Freezing Cold’

Shoppers are complaining about ‘freezing’ temperatures inside Sainsbury’s in Market Harborough.
A fault with the heating system has caused the cold conditions inside the supermarket on Springfield Street.
Customers have also expressed concern for staff, some of whom have been wearing coats.

Sainsbury’s in Market Harborough
One customer told HFM: “It is freezing cold in there and not a pleasant experience at all to shop.
“I really feel for the staff having to work in these conditions.”
A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said: “We’re currently experiencing an issue with our heating system in our Market Harborough supermarket.
“We’re working hard to fix this as soon as possible.
“We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank our customers for their patience.”
