Call For Re-Think Over Bank Closure Decision

Calls are being made for bank bosses to reconsider the decision to shut the Halifax in Market Harborough.
It was announced yesterday the branch on the Square will be one of 44 to be closed across the country later this year.
Lloyds Banking Group says it reflects the fact that more people are choosing to bank online.
But there are claims the branch is still well used.
Cllr Barbara Johnson, who represents Logan ward on Harborough District Council, spoke to Hfm:
