Cadets Parade For Trafalgar Day

Over 150 Sea Cadets and volunteers from across the region paraded through Market Harborough yesterday to mark Trafalgar Day.

It was the first time in ten years the town had hosted the annual event, which commemorates the significant victory for the Royal Navy at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.
The cadets were led by a band and paraded from the C of E Academy on Fairfield Road to St Dionysius Church, where they were inspected ahead of a special service.
They then paraded back to the school.
