It has been confirmed a company set-up by Harborough Council paid £3.8m to buy land and building in Market Harborough Town Centre.

Harborough District Commercial Services Ltd bought the premises home to Tesco and B&M in March, together with flats above them.
There are no firm proposals for the site, but bosses are set to consider future development opportunities as part of their goal to improve the town centre.
