Building Society Announces Solar Panel Plan For Offices

Market Harborough Building Society hopes to install solar panels on the roof of its office building in the town centre.
The firm has applied for planning permission to mount 36 panels on top of its Bridge House base on Northampton Road.
A document accompanying the application to Harborough District Council says the installation will help to reduce the Society’s environmental impact, as it works towards being carbon neutral by 2030.
