Assault Suspect Has Police Bail Extended

A man arrested after another man was seriously injured during a fight in Market Harborough has had his Police bail extended.
The 22-year-old, who was questioned on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm, will now report back to officers in August, as an investigation continues.
The victim, aged 36, was taken to hospital after being assaulted on the High Street in the early hours of May 1st.
The area was cordoned off following the incident, while Police conducted enquiries at the scene.
