Appeal After Woman Injured In Hit-And-Run In Desborough

Police are appealing for witnesses after a car hit a woman in Desborough and did not stop.
The 48-year-old needed hospital treatment for injuries to her arm after the incident in Gold Street at about 11.30am on Saturday.
Officers say the wing mirror of what is believed to be a red Vauxhall Astra struck the woman as she was getting into the passenger side of a car.
Witnesses or anyone with information should call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
