Appeal After Man Injured In Supermarket Car Park

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered a head injury in a supermarket car park in Lutterworth.

Officers say he was involved in a confrontation with another man outside Aldi on Rugby Road, during which it was reported he was pushed and fell over.

The incident happened between 8.30am and 9.30am last Wednesday, following a driving dispute.

The man, aged in his fifties, was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.

Detective Constable Katie Burn is appealing for witnesses to the altercation to come forward.

She said: “It is important we look to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident so I would like to speak to anyone who saw the events leading up to it or incident itself.

“If you have any information, including any dash cam footage, and haven’t as yet spoken to police, please get in touch.”
