Air Ambulance Called After Fall in Desborough

An air ambulance was called after a person fell down stairs in Desborough.
The helicopter landed on the recreation ground in Dunkirk Avenue on Saturday afternoon, as crews responded to the incident.
The Air Ambulance Service assisted East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) at the scene.

A spokesperson for the Air Ambulance Service said: “We received the call at 3.26pm and arrived on scene at 3.46pm.
“The crew provided critical care to a patient who had fallen down the stairs before they were transported to hospital for further treatment.”
The patient was taken to hospital by EMAS.
