Adam To Run London Marathon For Cause Close To His Heart

A Market Harborough man is to take part in tomorrow’s London Marathon to raise money for a cause close to his heart.

Adam Panter’s wife Anna was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer aged 33, just weeks after giving birth to their daughter Lydia in 2018.

She was given the all clear a year later after an extensive period of Chemotherapy.

Adam will run the 26-mile route to raise money for charity Cancer Research UK and has already received sponsorship of over £2,800.

Anna and Lydia will be among those lining the course to cheer him on.

Adam has been training hard and spoke to HFM ahead of joining over 50,000 other runners in tomorrow’s big event, which will be his second marathon:
