Funding Secured For New Harborough Business Centre

A new £7.5m Business Centre – which could create over 200 jobs in five years – will be built in Market Harborough, after funding was secured.

£3.3m will come from the European Regional Development Fund and £1m from the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership, known as the LLEP.

Harborough Council will provide the rest of the cash for the ‘Grow On Space’ project.

It’ll see a three-storey office building go up at the Compass Point Business Park off Northampton Road, to accommodate expanding local businesses needing larger premises.
