Racist Graffiti Being Treated As Hate Incident

Racist graffiti has appeared in ‘Market Harborough.

A swastika with the numbers ‘666’ was daubed on the top of a wooden post in the car park off Symington Way, behind the Symington Building, yesterday.

Concerned members of the public reported it and Harborough Council. who removed it earlier this morning.

It’s been treated as a hate incident – the Council say it was a ‘mindless act of vandalism’ and it was removed as a priority.

The Police have been informed.
