Fundraising Challenge In Memory Of Harborough Man

The son of a Market Harborough man who lost his battle with cancer last year is on the final leg of a big fundraiser.

Darren Hart is riding from John O’Groats to Land’s End, a distance of over 1,000 miles, to raise cash for the Loros Hospice – where Peter was cared for before he died aged 69 – as well as the Air Ambulance.

Together with friend Dan, who’s on the challenge with him, they’ve already raised nearly £900 in sponsorship.

Peter worked at King Trailers for many years as well as OK Engineering and Forest Gate.
