Detectives Reveal How They Brought Killers To Justice

Three men have been found guilty of the ruthless killing of a Leicester jeweller, whose body was found near Stoughton.
The gang had spent weeks planning to rob a safe at Ramniklal Jogiya’s jewellery shop in the city’s Belgrave Road.
On January the 24th they kidnapped the 74 year old as he walked home and bundled him into a stolen van.
The gang then launched a horrific attack, forcing him to hand over the keys to his shop, and torturing him until he revealed the shop’s alarm code and combination code for a safe.
His body was found the next day.
The trio – all from Leicester – will be sentenced at a later date.
