New Football Season Kicks Off

Harborough Town FC kick off the new UCL Premier season with a trip into Northamptonshire to face Cogenhoe United tomorrow.
The Bees finished 11th last season, with 20 wins from their 42 games, and are looking to improve on that in the new campaign.
But they will be without one or two familiar faces, including forward Barnes Gladman, who has joined Lutterworth Athletic.
Harborough will be playing all their games away from home for the time being as the laying of a new 3G pitch at Bowden’s Park has been delayed because of the hot weather.
Desborough Town FC also start away from home, as they travel to face Eynesbury Rovers, who were just two places and one point above them last season.
