Council & Charity Unite For Cat Owners

A charity has teamed up with Harborough Council so owners can be told if their pet has sadly been the victim of a road traffic accident.

Cats Protection Leicester & County Branch has provided the street cleaning team with four microchip scanners, enabling them to get the details of the animal’s owners – as long as it has been microchipped.
