Affordable Family Homes Could Replace Flats

Plans have been unveiled to demolish flats in Market Harborough so affordable family housing can be built in their place.

Waterloo Housing Group is behind the proposal for off Leicester Road – adjacent to the ambulance station.

The current building – known as Rosehill – contains eight flats but is considered no longer fit for purpose and not economically viable to maintain.

A mix of one to four bedroom homes are planned.
