Detailed Plans Revealed For Controversial Development

Detailed plans for a controversial development in Little Bowden have been handed in.
Outline planning permission has already been granted for 40 houses on fields off Dunmore Road.
The estate will include a mix of two to five-bedroomed houses and two bungalows – ten of the properties will be ‘affordable’ housing, if the latest proposal is approved.
It’s heavily opposed by those living near-by who say it will lead to traffic congestion in the area and ruin the village feel.
