Car Overturns on A14 Near Rothwell

Police say no-one was seriously hurt after a car overturned onto its roof on the A14 near Rothwell this morning.
Emergency services were called to the eastbound carriageway between junctions three and four just after 8am.
Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the driver was able to exit the vehicle safely and was taken into the care of East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Crews also monitored the car for signs of fire before handing the scene over to police.
No other vehicles are believed to have been involved, but the incident caused lengthy delays on the eastbound carriageway while emergency services worked at the scene and the car was recovered.
