Farm Machinery Fire in Foxton

Fire crews were called to deal with a blaze involving machinery at a farm in Foxton.
Crews from Billesdon, Eastern, and Wigston Fire Stations attended the scene just before 8.30pm on Good Friday.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service say fortunately, the machinery had been moved into an open field away from a barn, preventing the fire from spreading.
The incident was contained within about 40 minutes, with the fire officially declared out just after 9pm.
No injuries were reported.
The blaze is thought to have been caused by a build-up of dirt in the machinery.
