Car Stolen in Market Harborough Recovered at Essex Port

A car stolen from a driveway in Market Harborough has been found packed inside a shipping container at a port in Essex.
The Toyota RAV4 was taken from Freshman Way on the Farndon Fields estate earlier this month.
The car was discovered during pre-shipment checks at London Gateway Port in Thurrock
The vehicle was discovered during pre-shipment checks at London Gateway Port in Thurrock, before it could be sent overseas.
It was recovered by Police and is now set to be returned to its owner.
Leicestershire Police say enquiries into the theft late on February 7th or early on February 8th are on-going and no arrests have been made.
