Plans have been revealed to build a new housing development on the edge of Great Bowden.
38 homes are proposed for around five acres of fields off Welham Road, close to the A6, opposite Hursley Park.
The scheme would include a mix of properties, with eight custom-build plots, 12 affordable homes and 18 open market houses.

Documents submitted with the application say part of the site has previously been considered for self-build and custom-build housing, but the new proposal aims to make what developers describe as the “best and most effective use” of the land, taking into account current housing land supply requirements.
An outline planning application has now been submitted to Harborough District Council.
Only access and scale are being considered at this stage, with further details to be agreed if outline permission is granted.
