A crash involving three lorries led to the closure of the A14 in Northamptonshire at lunchtime today.
The collision happened on the westbound carriageway between junction 3 at Rothwell and junction 2 at Kelmarsh shortly after 12.20pm.
Northamptonshire Police said one driver was taken to Kettering General Hospital with what are believed to be minor injuries, while two of the lorries were damaged and required recovery.

An air ambulance was scrambled to the scene
Both carriageways were initially closed to allow emergency services, including an air ambulance, to attend.
Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service said crews helped one driver from his vehicle and made the scene safe.
The collision led to long queues on the westbound carriageway, as one lane remain closed until the vehicles were recovered.
