By-Election In Market Harborough Today

A by-election is taking place today in Market Harborough’s Logan Ward to elect a new district councillor.
Polling is open at the Congregational Church Hall on Bowden Lane until 10pm.
The election for a place on Harborough District Council was triggered by the resignation of independent councillor Geraldine Whitmore earlier last month.
The candidates standing are:
Deborah Bennett – Labour
Jake Bolton – Green
Marion Lewis – Liberal Democrat
David Page – Conservative
Barry Walton – Reform UK
Robin Lambert – Social Democratic Party
Voters are being reminded to take acceptable photo ID with them.
